There was a water leak in the Youth Services area on Monday, January 26th. This wing will be closed until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to our Youth population. The Sydney Wright Room is being used for storage during this time, so it will be unavailable. The Blue Conference Room is also unavailable. The rest of the library is open for normal business. February 27th – Moonglow – by Michael Chabon
The book chronicles the life of Chabon's grandfather, a WW2 soldier, engineer and rocket enthusiast who marries a troubled Jewish survivor from France and lives a challenging, wandering life in postwar America. Chabon tells the story using a mixture of strict memoir and creative fiction writing. The narrator functions as a proxy for the author, Chabon.
