There was a water leak in the Youth Services area on Monday, January 26th. This wing will be closed until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to our Youth population. The Sydney Wright Room is being used for storage during this time, so it will be unavailable. The Blue Conference Room is also unavailable. The rest of the library is open for normal business. The Friends of the Jamestown Philomenian Library present "An Evening with the Ocean State Review": readings and musings on the University of Rhode Island’s innovative literary journal.
The program will run from 6-7:30 and feature a brief panel discussion about the history, philosophy and literary goals of the journal, followed by readings from Volume 8, the 2018 issue.
As always, the event is free and open to the public.
